The villa sleeps up to 6 people.

The villa comprises a large air-conditioned living/dining room with lounge seating for 6 and a dining table and 6 chairs. This area leads onto a large terrace that is furnished with a table and chairs and sun loungers

The fitted kitchen is equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, grill, toaster and kettle

There are three air-conditioned bedrooms (a double and two twins) all with fitted wardrobes. One twin bedroom is situated on the ground floor. There is a double and a twin bedroom on the first floor. The first floor bedroon has a full ensuite and the other two bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms. The first floor master bedroom has a private balcony that is furnished with a table and chairs. This bedroom also leads onto the balcony for the first floor twin bedroom. This balcony is also furnished with a table and chairs. Both balconies offer sea views.

There is a separate WC and washbasin on the ground floor.

Allocated parking is provided.

The villa has a private swimming pool sun terrace.
