Property Description

This villa sleeps up to 6 people. For an additional person a z-bed can be hired for a small charge paid locally.

The villa comprises a large air-conditioned living/dining room with lounge seating for 6 and a dining table and 6 chairs. This area leads onto a pool terrace that is furnished with a table and chairs.

The separate fitted kitchen is equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, hob/oven, grill, toaster and kettle.

There are three air-conditioned bedrooms (a double and two twins) with fitted wardrobes. The first bedroom is a twin and situated on the ground floor with an ensuite showeroom. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and an en-suite full bathroom. The third bedroom is a twin and also has a large balcony and ensuite shower room.

The villa has private parking.

A patio area that is furnished with sun beds and an umbrella surrounds the private swimming pool.

Additional features of the villa include local satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, video, safe, barbeque, iron and ironing board and cot (on request). A complimentary welcome pack is also included.

Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided

The villa is situated in one of the most sought after areas in Coral Bay just off from the main tourist area but within a minutes walk to the bar and restaurants. Coreilla Beach is 5 minutes walk and Coral Bay beach 10 minutes walk.

For bookings of more than one week the total rental is calculated based on the number of nights. Air conditioning is included in the price.
