Argaka is situated on the coast 7km north of Polis. Argaka is a small traditional Cypriot farming village built along a ridge with magnificent views of the sea. This location is the ideal place to just sit back, relax and enjoy the local hospitality in one of the local tavernas or bars. In addition to local shops, the nearby town of Polis provides a good selection of shops, supermarkets, banks, bars and restaurants to satisfy all your needs while on holiday.

The villa sleeps up to 6 people and is furnished and equipped to a very high standard.

The villa comprises a large air-conditioned living room with seating for 7 that opens out onto a large covered veranda furnished with table and chairs.

There is an open-plan fitted kitchen and dining area with breakfast bar, table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, hob/oven, grill, toaster, juicer and kettle.

There are three air-conditioned bedrooms (two doubles and a twin) with fitted wardrobes. All of the bedrooms open out onto an upstairs balcony with fantastic panoramic sea views.

There is a main bathroom with bath, shower and toilet and an identical en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom. Also, there is a downstairs toilet room.

The villa has private covered parking and pretty landscaped gardens that are illuminated at night.

A patio area that is furnished with sunbeds surrounds the private swimming pool and there is an outside pool shower.

Additional features of the villa include a flat screen TV with dual satellite system (receives English, European and Asian channels), a cinema surround sound system that plays DVD/CD/radio, gas barbeque, iron and ironing board.

Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided

The villa is situated within walking distance (5 minutes) of the beach and local fish tavernas and is a short drive away from the popular resorts of Latchi and Polis.
