Kouklia is a traditional Cypriot village surrounded by beautiful countryside just 5 minutes from Secret Valley and 15 minutes from Aphrodite Hills Golf Resorts.

The villa sleeps up to 6 people.

The villa comprises a large air-conditioned living/dining room with lounge seating for 6 and a dining table and 8 chairs. Patio doors open from the lounge and dining areas to the large raised terrace that offers fantastic views of the countryside and sea. The terrace is equipped with two tables and chairs, 6 sunloungers, and two parasols.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, grill, toaster and kettle.

There are three air-conditioned bedrooms (a double and two twins). One of the twin rooms is on the ground floor. Both of the first floor bedrooms have an ensuite and the master bedroom has a balcony with views of the countryside and sea.

There is also a shower room downstairs

Allocated parking is provided.

The villa has a private swimming pool and large sunbathing terrace offering magnificent views. There is a further lower terrace that is furnished with a table and chairs and has views of the countryside.

To the rear of the villa there are landscaped gardens and a barbeque area.

Additional features of the villa include a television for DVDs, DVD player, CD player, BBQ, radio, safe, iron and ironing board.

Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided and also beach towels

The traditional Cypriot village of Kouklia is only a short walk and has traditional tavernas and a supermarket. The beach is 10 minutes by car and Paphos centre 20 minutes.
