The villa sleeps up to 8 people.

The villa comprises a large air-conditioned living/dining room with lounge seating for 6 and a dining table and 6 chairs. Patio doors open from the lounge and dining areas to the terrace. The terrace is equipped with a patio table and chairs.

The air-conditioned fitted kitchen is equipped with a large fridge/freezer, oven with hob, grill, microwave and dishwasher, toaster and kettle.

There are three air-conditioned bedrooms (two doubles and a twin) all with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has an en-suite. All three bedrooms have balconies. There is a sofabed in the living room that sleeps an additional two.

The master bathroom has a bath, shower and WC. There is also a WC downstairs

The terrace is equipped with a barbecue and leads to the private swimming pool.

Additional features of the villa include a DVD, safe, iron and ironing board.

Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided and also beach towels

The beach and nightlife of Coral Bay and the village of Peyia are a few minutes drive away
