The villa comprises a large living/dining room with lounge seating for 6 and a dining table and 8 chairs. This area leads onto a large terrace that is furnished with a table and chairs, sun loungers and two parasols.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, grill, toaster and kettle

There are three air-conditioned bedrooms (a double and two twins) all with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has an en-suite. There is a sofabed in the living area that sleeps two.

The main bathroom has a bath, shower and WC. There is also a WC downstairs

Allocated parking is provided.

The villa has a private swimming pool.

Additional features of the villa include a CD player, DVD player, local satellite television, BBQ, iron and ironing board. A complimentary welcome pack is also provided.

Linen is provided but not beach towels

Coral Bay Beach is 250m away and the nearest bars and restaurants are a couple of minutes walk. The main bar and restaurant area of Coral Bay is 15 minutes walk away.

In August the minimum booking period is 2 weeks
