This villa sleeps up to 6 people. For an additional person a z-bed can be hired for a small charge paid locally.

The villa comprises a large air-conditioned living/dining room with lounge seating for 6 and a dining table and 6 chairs. This area leads onto a pool terrace that is furnished with a table and chairs.

The separate fitted kitchen is equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob/oven, toaster and kettle.

There are three air-conditioned bedrooms (a doubles and two twins) with fitted wardrobes. The first bedroom is a twin and situated on the ground floor. The main bedroom has a balcony that is furnished with a table and chairs. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is a twin and also has a balcony and ensuite shower room.

From the second balcony there is a spiral staircase that takes you onto the roof garden which offers sea views.

There is also a shower room and WC downstairs.

The villa has private parking.

A patio area that is furnished with sun beds and an umbrella surrounds the private swimming pool.

Additional features of the villa include local satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, radio, barbeque, iron and ironing board.

The villa is situated in Koloni adjacent to Yeroskipou a village with shops, banks and tavernas. There is a supermarket that sells most British foods and a selection of local shops including a bakers, butchers and fishmongers all within 10 minutes walk. The beach is a 20 minute walk away and along the beach is a beach bar and fish restaurant. The resort of Kato Paphos is 2 minutes drive away
