The separate fitted kitchen is equipped with washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, hob/oven, toaster and kettle.

There are three air-conditioned bedrooms (a double and a two twins) with fitted wardrobes. The main bedroom has a balcony that is furnished with a table and chairs. This bedroom also has an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is a twin and also has a balcony. The third bedroom is a twin and also has a foldaway bed.

The main bathroom has a bath, shower and WC. There is also a WC and washbasin downstairs.

The villa has undercover private parking.

A patio area that is furnished with sun beds and an umbrella surrounds the private swimming pool.

Additional features of the property include a DVD player, television, CD player, radio, video, BBQ, safety deposit box, iron and ironing board and complimentary welcome pack.

Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided

The seafront is a 20-minute walk and the bars and restaurants 15 minutes
