The villa is situated on the Paphos Gardens Complex and sleeps up to 6 people. For an additional person a z-bed can be hired for a small charge paid locally.

The villa comprises an air-conditioned living/dining room with seating for 6, a dining table and 6 chairs. This area leads onto a balcony that is furnished with a table, chairs.

The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including washing machine, dish washer, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, grill, toaster and kettle.

There are three air-conditioned bedrooms (doubles or twins) with fitted wardrobes.
The master bedroom has an en-suite.

The bathroom has a shower and WC. There is an additional WC and wash basin downstairs.

Parking is provided.

The complex has two large outdoor swimming pools and an indoor heated pool.

Additional features of the villa include local satellite TV, iron and ironing board.

Guests also have access to tennis courts, health spa and the hotels bar’s, restaurant, internet and computer game machines.

Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided

The complex is only 100m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants all less than a 5-minute walk from the property.
