The apartment is situated on the first floor with lift access and sleeps up to 4 people.

The apartment comprises an air-conditioned living/dining room with lounge seating for 4 and dining table and 5 chairs. There are two ceiling fans in the living area. This area leads onto a private part-covered balcony that is furnished with a table and four chairs.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, grill, toaster and kettle. There is also a washing machine

There is one air-conditioned double bedroom with ceiling fan and fitted wardrobes. There are 2 sofabeds in the living area that sleeps an additional two. A curtain separates the living area from the kitchen/dining area.

The bathroom has a shower and WC.

Allocated parking is provided.

The complex has a large walk-in swimming pool with jacuzzi and childrens pool. There is second pool with jacuzzi that is heated over the winter. Both pools are surrounded by fantastic landscaped grounds where a number of communal sunbeds are provided.
