The apartment is situated on the second floor with lift access and sleeps up to 4 people.

The apartment comprises a fully air-conditioned living/dining room with beautiful furniture, lounge seating for 4, dining table and 4 chairs. There is a leather sofa bed in the living area that sleeps an additional two.

There is one air-conditioned double bedroom. The bedroom includes fitted wardrobes, with a king-size double bed with a high quality orthopedic mattress.

The private, south facing balcony with access from the lounge has both a covered and uncovered area so is ideal for sunbathing or sitting in the shade and includes a table and chairs.

All the rooms are fitted with ceiling fans and air-conditioning units and all windows are double-glazed.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, grill, toaster and kettle.

The bathroom has a bath, shower and WC.

Additional features of the apartment include a 32" flat screen LCD TV with Sky TV and radio channels, DVD, radio with CD/MP3 and USB player, safe, iron and ironing board.

The complex has a large walk-in swimming pool with jacuzzi and childrens pool. There is second pool with jacuzzi that is heated over the winter. Both pools are surrounded by fantastic landscaped grounds where a number of communal sunbeds are provided. The apartment also has 2 private sunbeds.

The complex is only 100m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants all less than a 5-minute walk from the property.
