The apartment is situated on the ground floor and sleeps up to 2 people. The living room and bedroom are fitted with thermostatically controlled radiators.

This area leads onto a very large private pool-facing terrace that is South facing and attracts maximum sunshine. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs and 2 sun loungers. There is an electrically operated awning that covers part of the terrace.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, grill, toaster and kettle.

There is one air-conditioned double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan.
