The apartment is situated on the ground floor and sleeps up to 6 people.

The apartment comprises a large air-conditioned living room with lounge seating for 5 and dining seating for 6. This area leads onto a large terrace that is furnished with a table and chairs and 4 sunloungers.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, oven, grill, microwave, hob, toaster and kettle.

There are two air-conditioned bedrooms (a double and a twin) with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room. There is a sofabed in the living area that sleeps an additional 2.

The main bathroom has a bath, shower and WC.

Allocated parking is provided.

The complex has two large swimming pools with poolside toilets and showers and sun beds and umbrellas are provided.

Additional features of the property include a DVD player, Sky television and radio, safe, iron and ironing board.

Linen is provided but not beach towels.

The seafront is 20-minutes walk and the bars and restaurants 10-15 minutes

The apartment does not accept bookings from single sex parties under 30
