The villa sleeps up to 6 people. For an additional person a z-bed can be hired for a small charge paid locally.

The detached villa comprises a large air-conditioned living area with lounge seating for 6 and a dining table and 6 chairs. This area leads onto the kitchen/diner and a large pool-facing terrace that is furnished with a table and chairs.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, grill and kettle. A door from the kitchen leads onto a large private terrace that is furnished with a table, chairs and a parasol. This area is totally private and secure and is an ideal childrens pay area.

There are three air-conditioned bedrooms (a double and two twins) with fitted wardrobes. The double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and balcony. There is also a balcony off one of the twin bedrooms.

The bathroom has a bath, shower and WC. There is a further WC downstairs

Allocated parking is provided

The complex has a stylish swimming pool and poolside showers with large patio area. Four sun loungers are provided

Additional features of the villa include television for DVD, DVD player, safe, barbeque, travel cot, iron and ironing board.

Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided

The seafront is a 20-minute walk from the apartment and the bars and restaurants 10-15 minutes.

The weekly rates above are in GB£ and are per property and not per person subject to the maximum occupancy. For bookings of more than one week the total rental is calculated based on the number of nights. Air conditioning is included in the price. Where the dates of travel straddle months where the rates differ, the total rental is calculated based on the number of nights that you stay in each price bracket. Where the dates of travel may attract two discounts (ie. last minute discount and long stay discount) only the highest discount will be deducted from the normal rental rate.
