The fitted kitchen is equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, grill, microwave, toaster and kettle.

There are three air-conditioned bedrooms (all doubles). The master bedroom has an en-suite and balcony.

The main bathroom has a bath, shower and WC. There is a separate WC downstairs.

Allocated parking is provided.

The complex has a swimming pool surrounded by fantastic landscaped grounds where a number of communal sunbeds are provided.

Additional features of the villa include a television for DVDs, DVD player, iron and ironing board.

Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided.

The complex is only 100m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants all less than a 5-minute walk from the property.
