The penthouse apartment is situated on the third floor with lift access and sleeps up to 8 people.

The penthouse comprises a large living/dining room with ceiling fans and has lounge seating for 8 and a dining table and 8 chairs. This area leads to a large sea facing balcony that is furnished with a table, chairs and sun loungers.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, oven and grill.

There are 3 air conditioned bedrooms (two doubles and a twin) all with ceiling fans, One double bedroom has adjoining bathroom and has patio doors leading onto a terrace. The second double bedroom is next to a bathroom and twin bedded room. Two single z-beds beds are also provided. All the bedrooms have large built in wardrobes. Both bathrooms have a bath, shower and wc.

Private covered parking is provided.

The complex has 2 swimming pools with poolside toilets and showers. Sunbeds and umbrellas are provided.

Additional features of the apartment are Sky television, CD player, DVD, radio, safe, iron and ironing board.

Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided

There is a mini-market and snack bar at the entrance to the complex a two minute walk away from the apartment.

The seafront is 20-minutes walk and the bars and restaurants 10-15 minutes
