The apartment is situated on the ground floor and sleeps up to 4 people. For an additional person a z-bed can be hired for a small charge paid locally.

The apartment comprises a living/dining room with ceiling fans and lounge seating for 5 and dining table and 6 chairs. This area leads onto a large pool-facing terrace that are furnished with a table and chairs. The inner part of the terrace is covered and is ideal for outside dining while the rest is perfect for private sunbathing. The complex is small and quiet although it lies in the centre of Kato Paphos.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, grill, toaster and kettle.

There are two air-conditioned bedrooms (a double and a twin) with ceiling fans. The twin bedroom leads onto a small private terrace. There are also two fully equipped transportable babybeds (sleeps children up to three years old) and 2 highchairs available on request at no extra charge.

The bathroom has a bath, shower and WC.

Allocated covered parking is provided.

The complex has a swimming pool surrounded by fantastic landscaped grounds where a number of communal sunbeds are provided. The apartment also has 2 private sunloungers.

Additional features of the apartment include local satellite TV (with English and Norwegian channels), CD player, DVD player, radio, sandwich maker, iron and ironing board.

Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided

The complex is only 100m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants all less than a 5-minute walk from the property. There are also several supermarkets a few minutes walk from the apartment.
