This luxury one bedroom first floor apartment is located in the popular Universal Gardens area of Kato Paphos. Ideally situated just 15 minutes walk away from the bustling bars and restaurants, and the seafront with its charming harbour.

The small and friendly complex has a Mediterranean feel with its blue and white villas and apartments, comprising of a stylish swimming pool and childrens paddle pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, poolside showers/w.c., which is rarely busy. The rear of the property has views overlooking the hills of Paphos.

The apartment is fully air conditioned and also has the benefit of large efficient ceiling fans throughout. The modern fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a double granite sink, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle, and dining table with 4 chairs.

The comfortable living area has a leather sofa bed that can sleep an additional two. This area leads onto a large pool-facing balcony furnished with a table and 4 chairs, making it an ideal place to enjoy a glass of wine or relaxing meal.
