This terraced villa is on two levels and sleeps up to 8 people.

The house comprises a large air-conditioned living/dining room with lounge seating for 6 and a dining table and 8 chairs. This area leads onto a large private patio garden that is furnished with a table, chairs and a parasol.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, grill, toaster and kettle.

There are four air-conditioned bedrooms (two doubles and two twins) with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has an ensuite and balcony. One of the twin bedrooms and bathroom are on the ground floor.

There is a third bathroom on the first floor. There is also a WC downstairs.

Allocated parking is provided.

There is a large swimming pool and landscaped grounds. Sunloungers are provided.

Additional features of the apartment include a DVD player, iron and ironing board.

The nearest beach is 20 minutes walk from the property and the bars and restaurants 10 minutes walk. There is an onsite clubhouse and a 24 hour mini-market 100m away. The property is 550m from the coast and there is a regular bus service to Coral Bay beach and the harbour.
