This spacious detached villa is situated on a large plot in the prestigious Kamares Village close to Tala and just 7kms from Paphos Town.

The villa sleeps 6 people in comfort.

The villa comprises a large open plan air-conditioned area with living room with seating for 6 and a separate dining room with table and 6 chairs. The lounge and dining areas are complete with air-conditioning. Patio doors open from the lounge and dining areas onto large patio areas complete with sun loungers, table and chairs with parasol and a BBQ.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, grill, toaster and kettle.

There are three air-conditioned bedrooms (a double and two twins). The master bedroom is down stairs and has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom and fitted wardrobes.

There is also a cloakroom downstairs.

The two twin bedrooms upstairs have fitted wardrobes and there is a large private veranda reached through patio doors from each bedroom. There are table and chairs and sun loungers on the veranda and excellent views all the way down to the coast.

In addition there is a family bathroom with bath, shower, WC and bidet upstairs.

Additional features of the villa include a TV, DVD player, CD player, radio, iron and ironing board.

At the entrance to the villa is a garage and off road parking. (Essential for keeping the car out of the sun and cool)

Linen is provided but not beach towels.

All residents are able to use, free of charge, the facilities offered by the Kamares Club which includes swimming pool, restaurant, bar, sun terrace a small shop and a games room with large TV. There are also tennis courts which can be booked for a modest fee and tennis racquets are available for hire. The club is less than 0.5km from the villa.

Shops and restaurants can be found in Tala about 1.5kms away whilst the beach at Coral Bay is 5kms away. The nearest golf course is at Tsada, about 20 minutes away and Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley are also within easy reach.
