The apartment comprises a large air-conditioned living/dining room with lounge seating for 4 and dining table and 4 chairs. This area leads onto a terrace that is furnished with a table and chairs.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including washing machine, frige/freezer, microwave, oven and hob, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

There is one air-conditioned bedroom with large twin beds. There is a double sofa bed in the living area that sleeps two.

The bathroom has a shower and WC.

Allocated parking is provided.

The complex has a lagoon-shaped swimming pool and baby pool with showers. Sun beds and an umbrella are provided.

Additional features of the apartment include Sky TV and radio, safe, CD player, radio, iron and ironing board.

The seafront is a 20-minute walk from the apartment and the bars and restaurants 10 minutes.

For bookings of more than one week the total rental is calculated based on the number of nights. Air conditioning is included in the price. Where the dates of travel straddle months where the rates differ, the total rental is calculated based on the number of nights that you stay in each price bracket. Where the dates of travel may attract two discounts (ie. last minute discount and long stay discount) only the highest discount will be deducted from the normal rental rate.
