The apartment is situated on the first (top) floor overlooking the pool and sleeps 4 people.

It is furnished to a high standard and comprises a large open plan living area with leather sofas sitting 5 people. The large sofa is a double sofa bed sleeping 2 people and there is a folding bed for an additional person should you require it. The lounge has air conditioning. There are patio doors leading onto the veranda where there is a large table and chairs for 4 people. There is a sea view from the veranda and bedroom.

The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including washing machine, large fridge freezer, full electric oven and hob with grill, toaster & kettle. There is also an iron and ironing board. There is a breakfast bar with stools.

The air-conditioned bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes with patio doors leading to a good sized veranda.

The beautifully tiled bathroom has a full sized bath with shower over and WC.

There is a lagoon shaped central pool surrounded by 400 metres of patio for uncrowded sunbathing. There are poolside showers & sun beds are provided.

Additional features of the apartment include TV, DVD, music system with radio & CD player.

There is a separate private parking area.

The seafront is a 25-minute walk from the apartment and the bars and restaurants 20 minutes.
