The villa sleeps up to 6 people. For an additional person a z-bed can be hired for a small charge paid locally.

The villa comprises a large air-conditioned living area with lounge seating for 7 and a dining table and 6 chairs. This area leads onto the kitchen/diner and a large pool-facing terrace.

The private terrace is part covered and furnished with a table, 6 chairs and parasol. There is also a private sunbathing area with sunloungers.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, grill and kettle.

There are three air-conditioned bedrooms (a double and two twins) with fitted wardrobes. The double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and pool-facing balcony with table and chairs. The balcony is also accessible from one of the twin bedrooms.

The bathroom has a bath, shower and WC. There is a further WC downstairs

Allocated parking is provided

The complex has a stylish swimming pool and poolside showers with large patio area. Four sun loungers are provided

Additional features of the villa include local satellite TV, DVD, CD player, BBQ, safe deposit box, radio, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. A travel cot, high chair and stair gate are also provided free of charge.

Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided

The seafront is a 20-minute walk and the bars and restaurants 15 minutes
