The penthouse apartment is situated on the second floor and sleeps up to 4 people. For an additional person a z-bed can be hired for a small charge paid locally. The apartment is rented on a 1-bed or 2-bed basis.

The apartment comprises a large living/dining room with leather 3 piece suite, a dining table and 4 chairs and two ceiling fans. This area leads onto 2 large balconies that are furnished with table and chairs. Both balconies overlook the swimming pool.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with washing machine, large fridge/freezer, microwave, hob/oven, toaster and kettle. The kitchen leads off to a large covered balcony with table and chairs.

There are two air-conditioned bedrooms (a double and a twin/triple) with fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan, mirror and dressing table in the double.

The bathroom has a bath, shower and wc.

Allocated underground parking is provided.

The complex has a swimming pool with poolside toilets and showers and there is also a private downstairs storeroom with 4 sun beds, umbrella and minibar.

The seafront is a 20-minute walk from the apartment and the bars and restaurants 15 minutes.
