The apartment is situated on the ground floor and sleeps up to 6 people. For an additional person a z-bed can be hired for a small charge paid locally. The apartment is rented on a 2-bed or 3-bed basis.

The apartment comprises a large air-conditioned living/dining room with lounge seating for 4 and a dining table and 6 chairs. This area leads onto a large part-covered private terrace that overlooks the swimming pool. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, grill, lower level wheel-under hob, toaster and kettle.

There are three air-conditioned bedrooms (two doubles and a twin) all with ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes.

The master bathroom has a bath, shower and WC. There is an additional wet room with shower and WC.

Off-road parking is provided.

The complex has a large walk-in swimming pool with jacuzzi and childrens pool. There is second pool with jacuzzi that is heated over the winter. Both pools are surrounded by fantastic landscaped grounds where a number of communal sunbeds are provided. The apartment also has 6 private sunloungers.

Additional features of the property include a television for DVDs, DVD player, safe, iron and ironing board.

Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided.

The entrance door, kitchen, one bedroom, wet-room and terrace have been adapted to give full wheelchair access.

The complex is only 100m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants all less than a 5-minute walk from the property.
