The apartment is situated on the second floor and sleeps up to 4 people.

The apartment comprises a large air-conditioned living/dining room with seating for 4, a dining table and 6 chairs. This area leads onto a large, south facing, balcony that overlooks the swimming pool.

The balcony is furnished with a large glass table with 4 luxury chairs and 2 sun loungers. This is all partly covered with a permanent willow roofed pergola to give dappled shade at the hottest time of day.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, toaster and kettle. The kitchen is well equipped with a number of extra items to make your holiday as easy as possible.

There are two large air-conditioned bedrooms (a double and a twin) with fitted wardrobes. The new beds have orthopaedic mattresses and cotton sheets
with plenty of pillows.

The bathroom has a bath, shower and WC, The apartment is also fitted with an electric water pump.

Allocated parking is provided.

The complex has a large swimming pool and baby pool with poolside showers.

Additional features of the property include a CD player, DVD, radio, LCD television, local satellite television and free broadband connection.

Bed linen, quality bath and hand towels are provided and also beach towels and an iron and ironing board.

The seafront is a 20-minute walk from the apartment and the bars and restaurants 5-10 minutes.
