The two storey villa sleeps up to 6 people and is fully air-conditioned.

The villa comprises a large air-conditioned living/dining room with seating for 6, a dining table and 6 chairs and ceiling fans. This area leads onto a terrace that overlooks the swimming pool and is furnished with a table and chairs.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, toaster and kettle.

There are three air-conditioned bedrooms (two doubles and a twin) with fitted wardrobes. All bedrooms also have ceiling fans.

The main bathroom has a bath, shower and WC. There is an additional shower-room and wc downstairs.

Allocated parking is provided.

The complex has two large swimming pools with poolside toilets and showers and sun beds and umbrellas are provided. The villa also has 4 private sunloungers.

Additional features of the property include a DVD player, Sky television and radio in living the room and master bedroom, gas BBQ, safe, iron and ironing board.

Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided and also beach towels

The seafront is 20-minutes walk and the bars and restaurants 15 minutes
