This third floor three-bedroom luxury Penthouse apartment sleeps 6 and is ideally located in the lower area of Kato Paphos, only 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes flat walking to the ancient port with its restaurants and nightlife.

The Penthouse is one of only two Penthouses in the security-gated complex and the private undercover parking is adjacent to the entrance foyer and lift.

The Penthouse features a huge private terrace of more than 110m2, which is laid out as three distinct areas:
A dining area that features a round granite dining table with chairs
A lounge seating area with all weather furniture.
A sun lounging area with loungers.

These two bedrooms share a bathroom. All the bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes and are air-conditioned.

The 16m swimming pool has good number of loungers and parasols on its large pool surround. There are also changing rooms, toilets and showers at the poolside.

Additional features of the apartment are local satellite TV, CD player, DVD, iron and ironing board.

Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided and also beach towels
